With the bundle of carrots from our ever-lasting pantry of CSA winter root veg, I made Alison Roman’s CARROT TART W/ RICOTTA & HERBS.

Sadly, no dill, but plenty of parsley here… this is so savory and good (even using the weird off-brand ready made puff pastry from back of the grocer’s freezer).⁣

Ah, here’s to your Dispatch from Brooklyn and reminding me of warmers days on a city sidewalk with a bottle on wine.
